We work on your eating habits, grocery shopping, portion management, sleep, movement and physiological hunger & satiety cues. We look at the big picture and we never lose sight of it. Kratika literally designed my plan according to the lifestyle which I wanted to build. She is very supportive and she guided me through gradual changes which have had a huge impact.
